Email your device model, iOS version, app version and a short description of the issue. Do not include camera footage, account passwords, payment details or sensitive health information.
Camera and counting
Check camera permission in iOS Settings, use good lighting and keep your full body visible. Start upright and follow the positioning prompts before beginning a set.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Prices and introductory offer eligibility are shown in the app.
History and Game Center
Workout history stays on your device. Game Center profiles, invitations and reported scores are handled by Apple. See the guides for the difference between solo workouts, ranked challenges and live duels.
